Precision is a designer and custom manufacturer of piston rings and seal rings . Typically we do not offer “off-the-shelf” items. However, we do offer expediting services for custom rings when the need is great. Please contact us to inquire about our expediting services.
Does Precision Rings manufacture piston rings for the automobile industry?
Precision Rings, Inc. manufactures piston and seal rings for a variety of industries. These industries include power generation, aerospace, aircraft and industries requiring industrial valves. Precision Rings does not manufacture piston rings for reciprocating automobile engines.
Does Precision Rings offer piston and seal ring design engineering?
Precision Rings offers our customers world class service. As part of that service, Precision Rings offers piston and seal ring design as part of the overall quotation package. Precision does not offer piston and seal ring design as a stand alone service, nor are any designs offered for sale. Precision Rings does consider all of its designs as proprietary. Does Precision Rings have heat treat capability?
Yes, Precision Rings is able to perform heat treatment when required for manufacturing purposes. Precision is Nadcap approved for heat treatment.
