Precision Rings, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of piston rings.  Precision Rings manufactures piston rings and seal rings for many different applications and a variety of industries.  Precision Rings manufactures large diameter rings and metallic rings from a variety of materials, most commonly utilizing the “Super Alloys”; metallics with high Nickel and high Cobalt content.  Check out the Materials page to see a list of the more common materials used to manufacture piston and seal rings. Measuring Large Diameter Rings

Precision Rings has the capability to design rings or manufacture from an existing print. We manufacture rings with different gap configurations and different ring types based on the application requirements.  Precision manufactures rings as small as 0.200 of an inch in diameter or large diameter rings over 100 inches.

PRI is ISO 9001:2000 + AS9100B and Nadcap approved (heat treatment).
